Cobi Top Gun Maverick

This is the go-to squad for any mission that requires the best of the best. The 501st is legendary in combat during the Clone Wars, and with that said, I wanted portray these figures in an intense battle environment by using high speed photography to capture the grit and chaotic nature of battle. Sand particles were thrown at the figures and artillery cannon and captured in-camera to simulate explosions and debris. I use a technique called “shotgun” to capture a burst of images all at once and later sort through them to find the best ones. A lot of imagery of each shot was taken to get the right shot. At the end of the day, I had several keepers and a lot of sandy toys.
